Amy is a Certified Havening Practitioner, a local Church Pastor, and an Accredited Therapeutic Art Life Coach with a background in the Arts.
After receiving Perinatal Havening during her third pregnancy in 2019, and experiencing vast amounts of healing from her previous birth traumas and childhood wounds, she went on to complete the Practitioner training in 2020. She is grateful to have trained under the mentorship of the incredible Kimm Sun. Amy’s passion is to provide the same transformative healing she received through Havening Techniques, to others in her community.
